As a member of the **Logistics Team** , the **Order Management Associate** is responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries while maintaining accurate documentation, on-time delivery communication, and strong customer relationships. This role plays a critical part in ensuring order accuracy and customer satisfaction through effective coordination and system use.
