:What will you work on?Manage customer orders within 48 hours of receipt, ensuring accuracy and adherence to key customer dates (e.g., RAD, MABD).
Communicate service issues to internal and external stakeholders in a timely and proactive manner.
Utilize SAP and third-party systems to navigate and research order execution and data.
