About our group:

We manage Inventory, Shipments, & Receipts at Seagate’s Just-In-Time 3rd party JIT Hubs in the Americas region. These Hubs allow our larger OEM Customers to have instant access to Seagate products as their demand requires without waiting on delivery time from our Factories.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day supervisory assistance to Manager for the team onsite.
• Assist team when issues are escalated and guide/help to resolution.
• Provide guidance and subject matter expert on Order Management processes.
• Stand in for manager in meetings or whenever called upon.
• Participate and assist in UATs and signoff.
• Help to work issues as they arise from Account Management, Customers, or other Team members.
• Ensure accurate translation of POs, with company approved pricing, into Order Entry system...
