Position Purpose:

Non-CDL driver associates are responsible for driving box trucks under 26,000 lbs. gross weight or smaller for the purpose of completing customer deliveries to their homes or businesses. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to loading, unloading, lifting, and transporting merchandise in order to serve our customers. Associates will be required to interact with customers, warehouse leaders and associates, and store leaders and associates. Associates will also be expected to systemically update orders via a handheld device. Key Responsibilities:

* 50% - Customer Service - Direct customer interaction and customer service.
