Job Title: Order Processing Administrator - Gujarati/Hindi Speaking
Location: Nairobi
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized order processing administrator to support the smooth handling of customer orders and coordination between sales, accounts, procurement, and warehouse operations.
Key Duties
β’ Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
β’ Coordinate stock availability, deliveries, and order follow-ups
β’ Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery documents, and reports
β’ Liaise with customers regarding order status and updates
β’ Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
β’ Maintain accurate records within the ERP/CRM system
β’ Support customer service and after-sales coordination
