Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Order Processing Executive to support the end-to-end order fulfilment process for machinery, spare parts and aftersales services. This role requires close coordination with Sales, Service, Logistics, suppliers and customers to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Process and manage machinery orders from order entry through delivery and customer acceptance.Review sales contracts and verify product specifications, pricing, delivery schedules and payment terms.Prepare sales orders, purchase orders, order confirmations, delivery notes, tax invoices and related documentation.Coordinate with Sales, Service Engineers, Warehouse, Logistics and customers to ensure smooth order fulfilment and on-time delivery.Monitor order status, shipment schedules and proactively communicate updates or delays.Arrange s...
