Purpose of Your Role
This role is responsible for coordinating purchasing activities, processing customer orders, and ensuring smooth communication between suppliers, internal teams, and customers. The position supports day-to-day operations by managing orders, maintaining inventory levels, and helping ensure materials and services are delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams on purchasing and order matters.
- Communicate effectively with customers, business partners, and internal departments to ensure alignment.
- Manage the full order lifecycle, including entry, confirmations, and status updates.
- Develop and maintain project schedules to track progress and highlight risks or delays.
