**Job Description**

This role focuses on accurately selecting and staging orders in a cold-chain warehouse environment while safely operating high reach and stand up forklifts from day one. You will load and unload trailers, manually build pallets, and support both receiving and outbound operations as the facility transitions from paper pick sheets to electronic systems and RF scanners.

**Responsibilities**

+ Select customer orders accurately using paper pick sheets and prepare them for shipment.
+ Operate a high reach forklift safely and efficiently from the first day on the job.
+ Use a stand up forklift and pallet jacks to move pallets and materials throughout the warehouse.
