'm organising a 4-Day birthday celebration in alicante, spain (27–30 july 2026) for 25 guests and need help with both remote planning and on-The-Ground coordination.

Remote tasks (june–july):
- Research and book guest activities
- Book airport transfers
- Book restaurant reservations
- Coordinate with vendors (private chef, yacht charter)
- Compile flight details and create final guest itinerary

On-Site tasks (27–30 july in spain):
- Villa setup and decoration before guests arrive
- Coordinate guest arrivals and airport transfers
- Manage activity logistics (ensure everyone gets to the right place)
- Cake collection
- Liaise with private chef and yacht crew
- Handle check-Out and departure logistics
