Senior Organizational Change Manager

Our client, a major player in Canada''s energy sector, is undergoing significant cross‑functional and enterprise‑wide transformation.

This is a 6‑month contract opportunity located in Downtown Calgary (Hybrid, 3 days in office).

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts for complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives.
• Design and implement integrated change strategies including communication, training, coaching, sponsorship, and resistance management.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments.
• Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, Talent, and Project teams to ensure alignment and delivery of holistic OCM solutions.
• Coach sponsors, leaders, and delivery teams on effective change practices.
• Monitor adoption metrics and ensure sustainability of new processes and behaviors.
