Our Calgary client is looking for an Organizational Change Specialist. This long‑term contract offers the opportunity to support Corporate Function projects. You will work within a collaborative Change Management Office and HR Business Partners, Talent Management, Learning and Development teams to define requirements and document future‑state processes that ensure audit compliance and operational safety for a leading organization.
