Position Summary:
Drives organizational effectiveness through assessment, design, manpower planning, change management, and the development of market-aligned compensation and total rewards strategies that support business objectives. This role ensures that organizational development initiatives are effectively aligned with the company’s strategic priorities and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct organizational assessments to evaluate design, health, culture, and effectiveness, using qualitative and quantitative data to identify opportunities for improvement.
