The Manager - Organizational Development (OD) will support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of organizational development initiatives. The role focuses on Performance Management Systems (PMS), KPI frameworks, Learning & Development (L&D), employee engagement, and overall organizational effectiveness, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic vision.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Management System (PMS)
Assist in the implementation and company-wide rollout of PMS.
Coordinate performance cycles (goal setting, mid-year, annual reviews).
Ensure timely completion of appraisals across departments.
Support KPI setting, alignment, and periodic reviews.
Facilitate performance calibration sessions with leadership.
Generate performance reports and insights for decision-making.
