Job Summary

The Organizational Performance Specialist (OPS) is responsible to the Performance Management System (PMS) of Support Departments (SD) in the CO, IC and field for consolidation and validation of the entire data in performance evaluations, and ensures the correct and complete supporting documents of all staff to provide the management factual information which ensures accurate and comprehensive reports on a timely manner. The OPS-SD is responsible to check and consolidate the staff planning forms to ensure accurate Key Result Areas (KRA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Annual Performance Expectations (APE) based on guidelines.
