What Will You Do?

As part of the Ormond RuMa Group Talent Programme, you will gain hands‑on exposure to how hospitality businesses operate across different departments and properties.

Throughout the 24‑month programme, you will rotate across key operational and selected corporate functions while working closely with experienced leaders across the group.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Rotating across departments such as Rooms, Food & Beverage, Guest Experience, and selected corporate functions to understand how the business operates end to end
• Supporting daily hotel operations and learning how service, operations, and commercial performance come together
• Assisting department leaders with operational tasks, reporting, and ongoing projects
