Requirements & Qualifications: 

• Current Orthodontic Assistant (OA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification 

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on orthodontic experience 

• Proficiency with traditional bracket systems 

• Strong knowledge of orthodontic appliances
