Responsibilities

• Provide surgical assist services to the orthopedic surgery group.
• Work full‑time (Monday‑Friday 07:30‑15:30) or part‑time as desired.
• Participate in the On‑Call Surgical Assistant roster to assist with emergency surgery during evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Current College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC) licence.
• Full Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) membership.
• Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada (FRCSC) – mandatory.
• Surgical experience – desired.
