Insight Global Services is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled OSP Fiber Design Technician to join our telecom team. The ideal candidate will have experience using 3GIS and ArcGIS Pro software to design and maintain fiber optic networks. This role requires a strong understanding of GIS principles, fiber optic technology, and telecommunication infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Design and document fiber optic networks using 3GIS and ArcGIS Pro software.
• Create, update, and maintain GIS data layers related to fiber optic infrastructure.
• Perform spatial analysis and generate maps and reports to support network planning and development.
• Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to ensure accurate and efficient fiber network designs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all design work.
