This is a full-time, on-site OTC Trader role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The OTC Trader will execute over-the-counter digital asset and cryptocurrency trades, ensuring timely and accurate trade execution while managing order flow from institutional and high-net-worth clients. Responsibilities include quoting two-way prices, managing inventory and exposure, and monitoring market conditions across multiple exchanges and liquidity venues. The role involves maintaining real-time communication with clients via chat, phone, and in-person meetings, providing trade ideas, and supporting post-trade settlement and reconciliation. The OTC Trader will also collaborate with compliance, operations, and risk teams to ensure adherence to internal controls and applicable regulations, and contribute to the development of trading strategies, pricing models, and process improvements.
