Position Overview

Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards clients at all times. Respond quickly to customer requests. Communicate with customers through different channels.

Handling and resolving customer complaints. Know our products inside and out so you can answer questions. Process orders, forms, inquiries and requests.

Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints. Communicate and coordinate with colleagues when necessary. Provide feedback on the effectiveness of the customer service process.

Manage subordinate account management team. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Requirements High school diploma, general education diploma, or equivalent.
