You will ensure seamless shift coverage and strong nurse engagement during evenings, nights, and weekends.

Role Overview

This office-based role is an extension of the daytime team, focused on sourcing and booking compliant nurses for urgent shifts. You will combine sales, rapid response, and relationship building to deliver excellent service outside normal business hours.

Shift Pattern

• Mon to Fri - 3 weekday evenings : 4pm – Midnight
• Weekends - Sat and Sun: 12pm – Midnight OR 7am – 7pm
