**Overview**

Outboard Engine Mechanic (PRPD-2026-25579):

Bowhead seeks an experienced Outboard Engine Mechanic to join our team in Puerto Rico for maintenance of vessels and general maritime support in Ponce and San Juan, Puerto Rico.

This contract supports the maintenance and repair of all Government vessels assigned to the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) and the Joint Forces of Rapid Action (Fuerzas Unidas de Rapida Acción, FURA), with offices in San Juan and Ponce.





**Responsibilities**

Duties include, but are not limited to:


+ Installs, rigging/de-rigging, diagnosing, and conducting repairs on outboard engines, boats, and trailers.
+ Repairs, maintains, and conducts maintenance and overhauls of outboard engines, boats, and trailers.
+ Modifies and/or installs Hull, Mechanical and Electrical (HM&E) systems.
