Job Description

+ Average of 80+ outbound calls per day in an effort to collect the balance owed

+ Email blast campaigns that will generate some inbound calls. Sometimes 20-30 inbound calls per day

+ Managing 200 to 600 accounts per week

+ Following up via email letting them know a balance is due

+ Notating the account using their CRM system and Excel

+ Navigate phone calls to where it would lead to a possible collection

+ Follow up with daily reporting on activity

Qualifications
MUST HAVE:
- at least 2 to 3 years of outbound FIRST PARTY collections experience. Actual Collections (outbound calling), not Accounts Receivables
