Key job responsibilities
• Own end-to-end execution of outbound marketing campaigns across push and WhatsApp. Manage campaign components including segmentation, creative briefing, copy, scheduling, QA and deployment.
• Optimise channel engagement and health: Monitor and improve channel engagement and health metrics (open rates, CTR, opt-outs, deliverability). Analyse performance data to identify patterns and trends, and recommend optimisations to improve effectiveness.
