Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to prospective customers, dealers, and business partners.
* Explain Loom Solar products and generate sales leads.
* Build customer relationships and address product-related queries.
* Follow up on leads generated through digital campaigns and other marketing sources.
* Maintain accurate call records and customer interactions in the CRM.
* Coordinate with the regional sales team for lead closure.
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
* Ensure excellent customer experience during every interaction.
