The Outbound Shipping Supervisor is responsible for leading daily outbound shipping operations to ensure timely, accurate, and service-driven order fulfillment across all distribution channels, including E-Commerce, Domestic, and International. This role partners cross-functionally to maintain operational excellence, meet service level commitments, and support a high-performing shipping team within a fast-paced distribution environment. Reports to the Senior Manager of Shipping Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily release of outbound orders, ensuring alignment with requested ship dates, cancel dates, and established ship windows.

Ensure all E-Commerce orders are executed in accordance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Monitor workflow to maintain consistent throughput across Domestic and International shipping functions.
