Outbound Supervisor 

The Outbound Supervisor oversees daily outbound warehouse operations, ensuring all orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time. 

The role is responsible for maintaining a smooth outbound flow, meeting service levels, and supporting strong team performance. You will work closely with the Warehouse Manager and wider operations teams to ensure daily targets are achieved.
