• SHS graduate with at least 6 months BPO experience
• Amendable to work on a shifting schedule
• Can work on site in McKinley, Taguig City (beside Venice Grand Canal Mall)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound interactions via phone, chat, email, and social media channels
• Generate and qualify leads from social media inquiries and platform-generated prospects
• Promote and sell social media advertising packages, tools, and solutions to potential clients
• Conduct needs analysis and recommend suitable ad products to meet client business goals
• Close sales and achieve individual and team sales targets
• Upsell and cross-sell additional ad features, credits, or campaign enhancements
