At Highlands Aerial Park, we don’t just run zipline tours—we create fun, memorable, and meaningful adventures for our guests every day. We’re looking for energetic, outgoing individuals who enjoy working with people, being outside, and being part of a high-performing team.

No prior experience? No problem. We’ll train you to be awesome.

As an Outdoor Adventure Guide, you’ll lead and support a variety of experiences throughout the park. Our guides are cross-trained across multiple attractions, creating a dynamic and engaging work environment where no two days are the same.

You may guide or assist with:

• Zipline tours


• UTV (side-by-side) guided tours


• Aerial attractions, including a giant swing and tree climbs
