Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outdoor sales visits, cold calling, and networking.
• Visit corporate offices, retail outlets, contractors, architects, consultants, and construction sites to identify potential projects.
• Promote the company’s interior fit‑out and furniture solutions to prospective clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and fit‑out solutions.
• Prepare quotations and proposals and follow up to convert inquiries into sales.
• Negotiate prices and contract terms while maintaining company profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Coordinate with the design, estimation, and project teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct regular market surveys to identify competitors, pricing trends, and new business opportunities.
