Position Overview

Operations Management
  • Oversee daily FOH and BOH operations, ensuring smooth service during both dining and nightlife hours.
  • Manage opening and closing procedures, ensuring adherence to SOPs.
  • Ensure optimal manpower deployment across shifts (service crew, bar, kitchen, security, hosts).
  • Maintain service quality standards and ensure consistent guest experience.
Team Leadership & People Management
  • Lead, supervise, and mentor outlet staff including supervisors and team leads.
  • Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance.
  • Conduct training and onboarding for new hires (service standards, SOPs, compliance).
  • Handle staff disciplinary matters, grievances, and performance reviews.
