Position Overview

            Responsibilities Assist in daily outlet operations and ensure smooth workflow 
Supervise and guide service crew during shifts 
Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally 
Ensure food quality and service standards are maintained 
Prepare staff roster and manage manpower arrangement 
Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance 
Manage inventory, stock ordering, and stock control 
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace safety compliance
