**BAYADA Home Health Care** is currently seeking an experienced **Occupational Therapist, OT,** for a **Full time** opportunity performing **Outpatient home health** visits for our **Wilmington Senior Living Office** **.** This office services adult and geriatric patients on a per visit basis in Independent and Assisted Living Communities throughout **the North Wilmington/Hockessin area.**

As a home care Occupational Therapist, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.

**Occupational Therapist, OT Responsibilities:**

+ Perform outpatient therapy evaluations in order to develop a plan of care for patients in designated senior living communities or in a group home setting for adults with intellectual disabilities
