About the Role
We are seeking a Receptionist and Booking Clerk Reliever to join our team within the Outpatient Clinics, Meade Clinical Centre.
The role is essential in assisting with the smooth running of the Outpatient Clinics across several different specialities.
Duties include but are not limited to:
* Communicating with staff, patients and their families. * Organising, preparing and distributing patient records and other documentation. * Maintaining accurate computer records of patient attendance at clinic. * Booking appointments for patients. * Informing patients of requirements for procedures.
