• Call real people, have real convos. You're not reading off a script - you're actually talking to someone
• No two calls sound the same. You figure out what each person needs and adjust on the fly
• You're the brand's first voice. That's actual responsibility - and we mean it

You'll thrive here if you

• Don't dread calls - or at least you're willing to get comfortable fast.
• Actually show up. Logging on, following through - basic, but it counts here.
• Are still in school or waiting on your next move - hours bend around your schedule, not the other way round.
