**POSITION SUMMARY**

As the Outreach Phlebotomist, you perform routine and special blood specimen collection for patients of all ages.

You are a resource for your team and maintain protocols to create a clean, calm and safe environment for patients.

**REQUIREMENTS**

+ High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ A diploma from an accredited phlebotomy training institute OR 6 months phlebotomy experience.
