The Outside Sales Representative partners closely with bike shops across their territory, supporting both distributed brands and Norco, while building strong relationships with existing dealers and developing new business opportunities. As the face of the company in the field, they play a key role in driving growth and strengthening our dealer network.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this role involves extensive travel throughout the assigned region, with a focus on delivering sales results and achieving targets across all brand categories.
