Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
A minimum of three (3) years’ progressively responsible experience in development and fund raising, preferably with several years of experience in a college/university or School of Medicine setting.
Demonstrated success in obtaining gifts of $25,000 and above with a focus on corporate relationship.
Experience working with fundraising advisory boards and volunteers.
Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to interact effectively with high-capacity corporate donors and prospects, corporate executives, and foundation officers.
Thorough knowledge of the major gifts fundraising process and an understanding of corporate sponsorships.
