Become a key player in Long View's Integrated Global Services as an Overnight Bilingual Service Desk Analyst. You'll provide critical tier I IT support while leveraging your fluent French and English communication skills.
In this role, you will be part of a dedicated team delivering service desk support across Canada. You will analyze and resolve customer issues, manage tickets, and escalate incidents as needed. Your expertise in troubleshooting and customer service will ensure a smooth experience for users.
Key Responsibilities:
