**RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Create load maps for outgoing trucks and print for loaders
+ Assign trucks to doors for all routes based on size and cube
+ Print invoices for outgoing trucks
+ Inspect loads that are designated on the special instructions report. (If waiting on pallets, spot check the pallets that are already located on the loading dock)
+ Verify that the special-order items are selected and placed on the correct pallet.
+ Validate that the weights are correct on the catch weight variation report.
+ Check any reshipped orders if necessary.
+ Review any new accounts that are being delivered.
+ Set up driver bags with correct invoices for days deliveries
+ Email out all necessary end of the night paperwork and recaps
+ Complete food safety paperwork each night
+ Batch shorts for re-selection
+ Re-assign workforce if needed
+ Research product that could not be found via a short chaser (warehouse out).
