**Job Title: Welder**

**Job Description**

This role focuses on MIG welding primarily on mild steel, with some stainless steel work, in a large manufacturing environment. You will perform a range of fabrication tasks including material preparation, sanding, grinding, and bracket layout, while maintaining a clean and organized workspace and tooling. In addition to hands-on welding and fabrication, you will inspect your work, maintain your equipment, and ensure consumables are replenished on the production floor.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform MIG welding on mild steel and occasional stainless steel to meet production and quality standards.
+ Carry out tack welding and fabrication tasks, including fitting, assembly, and structural layout of parts and brackets.
