WHAT YOU'LL DO
As Owned Media Lead, you lead CRM communication across owned channels, using data and automation to deliver personalized customer journeys and support commercial goals.
- Plan and optimize CRM communications across channels (Email, App push, SMS, WhatsApp) in line with the marketing calendar and commercial priorities
- Leverage Marketing Automation Platforms (MAP) to deliver data-driven, personalized customer journeys and campaigns
- Use customer data, segmentation, and insights to create relevant content that drives engagement, conversion, and membership growth
- Drive performance follow-up across owned media channels, continuously optimizing campaigns and communication effectiveness
- Collaborate with Paid Media, Commercial, and Production teams to ensure aligned, consistent omni-channel campaigns
