Overview

The Owner or Writer will play a central role in shaping the creative direction and content strategy of The Khinchi Show. This full-time, on-site position in Islamabad involves planning episode themes, researching guests and topics, and developing compelling scripts and show outlines. The role includes writing promotional copy, social media posts, and other supporting materials to engage the audience and expand the show’s reach. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve collaborating with production staff, reviewing and refining content for clarity and impact, and ensuring the tone remains bold, authentic, and aligned with the show’s mission. The individual will contribute to long-term growth by analyzing feedback and performance data and iterating on content approaches.
