This individual will act as the on-site eyes and ears for the owner, ensuring construction activities align with design intent, quality standards, and project expectations. The ideal candidate brings strong inspection experience, polished communication skills, and the ability to collaborate daily with contractors, architects, engineers, and state representatives on a high-visibility, multi-year project.
