UPMC Community Medicine Incorporated is hiring a Full-Time Physician Assistant or Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner to help support UPMC Partners in Health.

Hours: Monday-Friday daylight
Location: Murrysville and Delmont
Position Specifics: Must demonstrate strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills, including chronic disease management, preventive care, and care of complex patients across the lifespan in ambulatory settings. Requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment with a commitment to evidence-based, high-quality outcomes, strong communication and patient engagement skills, and proficiency in EHR documentation, patient messaging, inbox management, and value-based care initiatives.
