Key Responsibilities Collaborate with product developers and merchandising teams on packaging concepts Develop packaging specifications with cost and sustainability in mind Liaise with suppliers on die-lines and production processes Prepare detailed packaging briefs for designers and stakeholders Manage packaging timelines from concept to production Review and approve final packaging designs Conduct quality checks on samples (print, colour, structure) Maintain product specification sheets and packaging records Drive eco-friendly and sustainable packaging initiatives Minimum Requirements 3–5 years’ experience in packaging development and design Strong understanding of packaging materials and technical specifications
