Based at Ingleburn, NSW, within the Research & Development team in Henkel’s Consumer Brands division, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced packaging leader to make a significant impact while advancing their career.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will lead, coach, and develop a team of Packaging Technologists and Engineers, driving the delivery of innovative, sustainable, and commercially successful packaging solutions across new and existing product portfolios. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams, you will champion packaging excellence from concept through to launch, optimising quality, functionality, cost, sustainability, and consumer appeal while helping shape the future of Henkel’s iconic brands.
