Responsibilities
The packaging learner is employed to learn and develop skills in manufacturing and packaging/operations. This position will also adhere to safety, quality and Diageo processes to ensure compliance with Diageo and industry standards.
Key Performance Areas
Learning and developing skills in operation of key machines on the line.
100% attendance of classroom learning.
Submission of all portfolio of evidence required.
Participation in workplace observations.
Financial Responsibility
Comply to the expenditure within the L&D budget and support operations in the production site compliance activities.
Qualifications and Experience Required
Matric with strong Maths and English.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent computer knowledge.
No more than 5 years’ experience in the packaging and manufacturing industry.
