**Job Description**

**Summary:**

Ensure the efficient completion of packaging floor activities in order to meet scheduled production deadlines. Ensure product quality meets the standards of Patheon, our clients, and applicable regulatory agencies including, but not limited to the Health Products and Food Branch Inspectorate (HPFBI), United States Food & Drug Administration (FDA), and European Medicines Agency (EMEA). 

**Essential Functions:**

+ Monitor line operators to ensure strict adherence to Packaging Work Order (PWO) instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and to ensure product scheduling and targets arebeing met.
