Responsibilities

• Manage all packaging maintenance activities and lead machine‑specific grouping of artisans (e.g., Bottle washing, Pasteurizer, Packer and Unpacker).
• Drive continuous improvement using VPO tools and responsible for the reduction of breakdowns in the packaging area by analyzing breakdowns, complying with PM requirements and implementing continuous improvements.
• Review and implement Planned Maintenance Procedures (Daily, Weekly and Monthly Checklists).
• Ensure that service level agreements are maintained at the required standards by carrying out all breakdown, preventive and predictive maintenance effectively.
• Participate in executing the department’s asset care strategy and ensure machine performance of the packaging department is maintained.
